The company specialises in consultancy on improving efficiency of production process, including using own innovative solution for recovery of electricity and heat.

Within the company there is the Project Management Office (PMO). Its main aim is the effective project management – lowering costs, effects control, improving timeliness. Experienced managers guarantee project implementation following best practices and standards, using solutions tailored individually to a commissioned project. The Team members’ practical management competencies in terms of projects implementation are supported by i.a. ability to use the Prince 2 methodology elements (confirmed by proper certificates).

The scope of the PMO tasks embraces: a project organisation, forming and management of an interdisciplinary team created separately for each project, preparation of schedule and budget, risk management, and project documentation quality management. European Solutions is responsible for projects implemented in all Luma Holding’s companies, as well as those commissioned by external clients.
