A manager with many years of experience in strategic management and coordination of complex investment and R&D projects. She specialises in leading interdisciplinary project teams, shaping and implementing R&D policies, and successfully securing external financing for business development.

She has been developing her professional career at European Solutions since 2008, where, as a Project Manager, she delivered numerous high-value projects, covering both infrastructure investments and technological innovations. She was responsible for preparing and managing strategic initiatives for the industrial sector, obtaining multi-million grants supporting the growth of companies within the capital group.

She currently oversees the functioning of the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring effective planning, coordination and monitoring of initiatives crucial to the organisation. She manages the process of preparing and implementing projects for companies within the group and for external partners, supporting their development through the implementation of modern solutions and efficient resource management.

She has solid academic preparation, gained during her studies at the University of Economics in Katowice in Urban and Regional Economy, as well as postgraduate studies in accounting and financial management at the Humanitas University in Sosnowiec.
