She specialises in developing application documentation, creating comprehensive budgets and schedules, as well as conducting settlement processes in line with the guidelines of funding institutions.

She began her career in EU-funded projects in 2012, gaining practical experience as a consultant and adviser for the SME sector. She supported companies in preparing documents necessary to obtain funding, conducting financial analyses and supervising investment implementation, which enabled her to develop strong competencies at the intersection of administration, business and public institutions.

Within the company, she is responsible for the formal preparation of funding applications and the development of financial structures for new projects. She carries out ongoing monitoring of available funding sources and grant competitions, ensuring swift responses to emerging development opportunities. She also oversees the settlement processes of ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with the schedule, budget and applicable regulations.

She holds solid academic qualifications in finance, law and project management, obtained at the University of Economics in Katowice and the University of Silesia. She enhanced her managerial and strategic competencies during the MBA Postgraduate Management Studies at WSB in Dąbrowa Górnicza, while her analytical skills are being developed in the postgraduate programme “Financial Analysis and Controlling of Industrial Processes” at AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. This interdisciplinary and multi-stage academic background provides essential support in delivering complex investment and development projects.
