A manager with many years of experience in leading teams and managing the finances of large organisations operating in the public finance sector. He specialises in strategic project management, including investment and research and development (R&D) projects, as well as in managing corporate assets and financial resources.

He has developed his professional career, among other areas, within the academic sector, serving as Chancellor and Plenipotentiary for Public Procurement at the University of Economics in Katowice — one of the largest higher education institutions in the region. He was responsible for delivering complex, multimillion investment and IT projects requiring both precise planning and effective coordination of numerous stakeholders.

He has extensive knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, public finance and investment processes, including public–private partnerships (PPP). Thanks to his experience working at the intersection of business, academia and public administration, he successfully initiates and develops innovative and development-oriented projects.
