The Chief Investment Officer with many years of experience in preparing and implementing investment and development projects. He specialises in developing investment strategies, comprehensive preparation of initiatives for implementation, and effective management of their execution. He also has extensive experience in preparing application documentation and securing external funding for project financing.

He began his professional career at Foster Wheeler, where he was responsible for building and controlling schedules and budgets for investments carried out in the professional energy sector. The experience gained there in managing complex infrastructure projects became a solid foundation for his further work in technological and industrial sectors.

As a Project Manager at Re Alloys Sp. z o.o., he supervised the implementation of technological projects and industrial research co-financed by institutions such as PARP, NFOŚiGW and WFOŚiGW. He led initiatives requiring advanced coordination, precise risk management and close cooperation with multiple stakeholders.

Since 2014, he has been responsible for preparing and implementing investment projects for both the companies within the capital group and external partners. He oversees key stages of investment — from the conceptual phase, through securing financing, to full implementation — ensuring alignment with strategic assumptions and high operational efficiency.

He holds solid, field-specific educational qualifications, including Project Management at the University of Economics in Katowice and Management in the Public Sector at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, which provide strong support for his work in the demanding investment environment.
